Making a Donation
There are several ways you can make a donation:
1. By Credit Card - online by clicking the donate button at top of page or over the phone by calling 519-354-3113 ext. 2403.
2. By Cash or Cheque - dropped off at 34 Wellington Street East, Chatham, ON N7M 3N7 or cheques (made payable to Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation) can be mailed to the same address.
3. By E-Transfer - click here for more directions

One Last Christmas Gift in the Warmth of Hospice
"I let our doctor and palliative care team know that we wished to move to Hospice. We had not visited Chatham-Kent Hospice before but had friends who shared their experience and it was something we wanted: a place where Dick would be pampered. Immediately upon arrival I saw the peace roll over him; he was a happy camper. The move to Hospice meant that the whole family, including their grandchildren, were able to be together as the holidays approached."
What Your Donations Are Used For:
The chart below gives you an idea of the other expenses we must cover from fundraising revenue.
Resident care is our top priority. Your donation will help cover the cost of things like personal care products, medical equipment and supplies.
Connected and Comfortable
Your donation will help keep our residents and their families comfortable and connected by covering the cost of utilities such as natural gas, electricity, water, cable and telephone.
Home-like hospitalityMaking our residents and their families feel at home is a top priority. Your donation will help pay for groceries as well as kitchen equipment and supplies.
Education and AwarenessOngoing education and awareness will ensure the sustainability of our residential hospice. Your donation will support ongoing staff & volunteer education and training, community education and efficient donation management.
Business as usualAlthough we want our hospice to feel like home to our residents, we must operate as a business. Your donation will cover costs associated with running a business such as accounting, human resources, purchasing, office equipment and supplies and insurance.
Keeping HouseLike your home, we want to keep a safe and tidy home. Your donation will help us do that by covering costs for laundry & housekeeping, ongoing maintenance, safety and security.
