
Join us for the 10th annual Hike for Hospice CK as we hike to raise essential funds in support of Hospice residents and Hospice supportive care families in Chatham-Kent. It's simple, sign-up, collect pledges, and hike Mud Creek Trail any time between April 27 and May 2, or join us in-person on Sunday, May 3, 2026 for an unforgettable Hike for Hospice!
As part of our 10 year celebration, we're making Hike for Hospice BIGGER than ever with pre-hike activities and a goal to raise $160,000 for Chatham-Kent Hospice! We invite you to be a part of the festivities by entering a team now!

Registration
Just like care at Chatham-Kent Hospice, registration for Hike is offered at no-cost to you.
Register now and start collecting pledges that will make a difference in people's lives when they need it most.
You can also register by completing and submitting our Registration Form and use a Paper Pledge Form to track cash or cheque donations.

Memorial Signs $20
Memorial signs will be displayed along Mud Creek Trail for the week of April 27—May 3, 2026.
- Signs include your loved one's name, picture and a personal message (up to 30 words)
- After the event, signs are available for the purchaser to pick up and take home
- Purchase a new sign or let us know that you'd like to reuse a sign during registration, by emailing foundation@chathamkenthospice.com, or calling 519-354-3113 ext. 2403
- Order deadline is April 8, 2026

Corporate Challenge 2026
You and your workplace are invited to participate in the annual Hike for Hospice Corporate Challenge!
Why should you and your business Hike for Hospice?
- Hike provides a fun and safe team building experience accessible to all, with a little friendly competition of course!

The Corporate Challenge winner is determined by the highest AVERAGE fundraising per team member – to try to be fair to businesses of all sizes. The winner will claim the coveted Hike for Hospice Corporate Challenge trophy to display for the next year and receives a workplace coffee break for their crew!
