On Sunday, May 4th, more than 250 of the over 400 people registered braved the rain and headed out along Mud Creek Trail for the 2025 Hike for Hospice Chatham-Kent. With the completion of this year’s event, over $174,278 was raised- through pledges collected by hikers and event sponsorship.
This brings the total to over $1.15 million being raised by the event in the past nine years to provide end-of-life care including residential hospice care, care coordination and grief and bereavement support to local families at no cost to them.
Here is a recap of our wet but triumphant Hike for Hospice 2025.
